Vegan Chocolate Mousse
Avocado is great source of insaturated fat that helps lower your bad cholesterol LDL. This fruit also has good amount of vegetable protein and helps increase libido in women. Avocado protects your heart and your figure!! You can eat as desert or as a appetizer meal!!
2 ripe avocados peeled
Juice of one sweet fresh orange and its skin to use on top to decorate
1 table spoon of organic honey
3 table spoons of pure raw organic cacao
Blend all the ingredients together until it reaches the mousse texture. Adjust the honey quantity to your taste bud.
You can add some cacao nibs or tapioca crumbles on top for an extra crunch and explosion of flavors!
