Be Fit Avocado salad

Avocado is 77% fat and these fat are good for your heart because they help clean your blood raising HDL and lowering LDL the bad guy.  Most of this fat is Oleic Acid Fat that dramatically reduces inflamation, only contains 2 net grams of carbs helping you keep lean. High is soluble fiber that feeds the friendly gut bacteria that promotes proper elimination and good aborption of nutrients such as Vitamins A, D, E, and K. High in B vitamins, Potassium and folic acid that helps reduce the levels of homocysteine which in turns reduces your chances of a heart attack.

INGREDIENTS

Serves 2

One Avocado

1/2 lime

1 table spoon of olive oil

A pinch of Maldom Salt 

2 Tablespoons of your Botox Tomato sauce

METHOD

Slice one ripe avocado into pieces marinated with Cañamo oil and seeds, lime and Maldon salt.

SERVING SUGGESTION

Serve the avocado salad with grilled organic chicken breast with lime or with some cooking chick peas.
