Botox Tomato Sauce

Tomate is a fruit and in the kitchen it is used as a vegetable! Rich in Lycopene a powerfull antioxidant that keeps us young and beautiful! Your chunk homemade sauce will have fiber that will help your digestion and keep you leaner. To top it all tomato sauce is rich in Vitamin A that maintains your low- light vision, Vitamin C that helps metabolize fat and keeps your gums and teeth helthy, Vitamin K that works on blood clotting, and potassium and manganese that fights muscle cramps and helps to build stronger bones.

INGREDIENTS

¼ cup sesame oil

¼  cup olive oil

3 big and juice organic tomatoes

1/3 of a fresh leek

2  Shallot type onions

½ celery cut in small pieces

2 tablespoons of coconut sugar

1 tablespoon of Pink Himalayan sea salt

¼ cup of filtered water

 

METHOD

Cook slowly for 20 minutes in a iron pan, for example Le Creuset or any similar brand. Pure it with a mixer and cook it for another 10 minutes. Taste to see if it needs more salt or not. You can add some black pepper if you love spicy food.

SERVING SUGGESTION

Great for your quinoa pasta, your homemade pizza or simply on top of that delicious Basmati rice.
