Millet & Brown rice Noodles
This pasta is full of fiber and free of gluten. It is easier to digest. The fiber helps your intestine to function better.
One pack of 250 grams of Millet and Brown Rice noodles.
1/2 litter of Water
2 table spoons of Olive oil
2 table spoons of Tamari sauce
Just boil water and cook it to tender during 7 minutes. After marinate with some extra virgin olive oil and Tamari sauce or sea salt.
Simple for the kids with some sauteed brocoli. My kids love Tamari sauce that is a more concentrated version of soy sauce without gluten. Sprinkle it a little on the veggies and pasta.
